B. What we collect
We collect only what you submit through this site: your name, email address, phone number, business name, state of operation, your message, and — if you use the pricing estimator — the services you selected and the estimate generated. We don’t use advertising trackers, and we don’t collect information from your device beyond what’s technically required to serve the site.
C. How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, prepare and discuss a formal quote, and communicate with you about our services. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with third parties for their own marketing.
D. Where it lives
Submissions are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (our hosting and database provider) and pass through Resend (our email delivery provider) to notify us of your request. Each of these providers processes data on our behalf under their own security commitments.
E. How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, maintain our client relationship, and meet our professional and legal record-keeping obligations. If you’d like your inquiry deleted, email us and we’ll remove it unless we’re required to retain it.
F. Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — email [email protected]. We’ll respond within a reasonable time. California residents: we don’t sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA.
